Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of Reglaze (the “Service”), available at reglaze.io. The Service is operated by Reglaze (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Reglaze does
Reglaze analyses the publicly accessible pages of a website you submit, groups them by template, takes screenshots and reads their page structure, and uses artificial intelligence to generate a stylesheet (CSS) that changes the visual design of that website. We show the result as screenshots, as a report and as a live preview in which the original website is loaded through our servers with the new stylesheet applied. After you buy the full redesign of a website, you can install the stylesheet on that website through a hosted link or by downloading the file.
Reglaze does not change your website's code, content, database or hosting. The design only takes effect where the stylesheet is loaded.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use Reglaze for a company, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms.
- Give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person or organisation per free account. Creating several accounts to obtain more free previews is not allowed.
3. Websites you submit
- Installing a design. You may install a design only on a website that you own or are authorised to change.
- Previews of other websites. You may create a preview of a publicly accessible website you do not own only to evaluate the Service or to show that website's owner a proposed redesign. You must not present a preview as the official website, use it to mislead visitors, or publish it as a replacement for the original.
- When we analyse a website, we only request publicly accessible pages, the same way a browser does. We do not log in, submit forms or bypass access restrictions. We may skip pages, limit the number of pages analysed, or refuse a website.
- You are responsible for having the rights needed for the websites and briefs you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Reglaze to:
- impersonate a person, company or brand, or create phishing, fraudulent or deceptive pages, including through preview links;
- collect passwords, payment details or other personal data from visitors of a preview (form submissions are disabled in previews);
- process websites with unlawful content, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around plan limits, security measures or access controls;
- resell access to the Service itself. Preparing and installing redesigns for your own clients' websites is allowed.
We may disable previews, designs or accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
5. AI-generated results
Designs are produced by AI models and checked automatically, but they may contain visual errors, may not work with every page, browser or future change to your website, and may look different from what you expected. Review the preview before installing a design, and test it on your website. Results for the same website can differ between runs. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as more conversions or better search rankings.
6. Intellectual property
- Your content stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to access, copy, store, process and display your website's content, screenshots and briefs only as needed to provide and secure the Service, including for the preview and report pages you share.
- Generated stylesheets. Once the full redesign of a website is paid, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, modify and host the stylesheets generated for that website, including later revisions, on that website. Free previews are provided for evaluation only and may not be installed.
- The Service itself, including our software, prompts, interface and brand, remains ours. Generated stylesheets may contain common design patterns that we also produce for other customers, so no exclusivity over styles is granted.
- Fonts and other resources referenced by a design, such as Google Fonts, are provided by third parties under their own licences.
7. Prices and payment
- Free preview. We redesign the homepage of a website for free, in up to 2 styles per website per 30 days (counted for the website, across all accounts), with up to 3 free revisions of the preview per website. Free previews are limited per account and per website; creating accounts to obtain more is not allowed.
- Homepage redesign. $49 once per website. The preview you pick is the finished work: we do not redesign any other page of the website. It is offered for websites that consist of a single page; if we agree it for a website with more pages, it covers the homepage only and you put the install line there. It includes an edits balance of $25. Moving to the full redesign later costs the full price.
- Full redesign. $89 once per website. You pick one of your previews; we apply that design to every page type we find on the website and give you the install link and the file. It includes an edits balance of $50. There is no subscription.
- Other plans. The website + account area plan, the account area on its own and the Individual redesign cost what the order shows before you pay. A new design for a website you have already bought is bought the same way as the first one.
- Edits balance. Revisions and further styles of a website you have already bought are paid from your edits balance. Each is charged after it is completed, by the actual amount of work it took; we show an estimate before you send it (a revision is usually $3.50–$5.50). A charge never takes the balance below zero; failed or cancelled runs are not charged. You can top up the balance at any time. The balance is not cash, does not expire while your account exists, and cannot be transferred or paid out except as the Refund Policy says.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where the law requires. What you buy is provided once we receive the payment.
- The hosted install link keeps serving the design of a paid website for as long as your account is active. Stylesheets you have downloaded remain licensed as described in section 6.
- We may change prices for future purchases. We will not change the price of something you have already paid for.
8. Refunds and withdrawal
See our Refund Policy. It also explains your statutory right of withdrawal if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Reglaze and hosted install links available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We serve hosted stylesheets with caching so that, if the Service is unavailable, your website loads without the new design rather than breaking. For critical websites, self-host the downloaded stylesheet. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your stylesheets.
10. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law, or that remain inactive for a long time. Where we can, we will warn you first. Sections 6 (as to paid licences), 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
Apart from what these Terms expressly promise, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue or data, or losses caused by changes you make to your website. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Your responsibility
If you are a business customer, you will compensate us for third-party claims arising from websites or content you submit, or from your breach of sections 3 or 4.
14. Governing law
If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new Terms apply.
